Overhead Crane Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Technician to join our team in the Engineering Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical/air components used on cranes, as well as performing preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with customers to gather information related to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/air components used on cranes.
- Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes.
- Review technical inquiries of customers to recommend possible solutions related to the operation or maintenance.
- Answer service calls.
- Perform cold calling to attract new customers.
- Being proactive & proposing good technical solution to increase customer equipment durability, reliability, productivity & safety
- Maintain Inventory
Requirements:
- Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degree.
- Electrical License such as 442A, Journeyman Electrician or Red seal.
- Excellent mechanical and electrical skills.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Driver license G
- Welding experience, an asset
