Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Dreamz Distribution Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Supply Chain Management: Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Procedure Development: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
