Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at B.C. Ltd. dba Brikers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process shipping orders and instructions received from customers
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the movement of goods
  • Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Prepare and submit reports on shipping and receiving activities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory control software
