Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at 555714 B.C. Ltd. dba Brikers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process shipping orders and instructions received from customers
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including revising the type and quantity of materials required for production and other projects
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including warehouse and production units
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and maintain work records and logs
  • Organize warehouse and work areas, and perform general office duties
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory control software
