About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks and self-care activities
  • Provide companionship and support to individuals
  • Assist with personal hygiene care, including showering and bathing
  • Support with basic activities of daily living
  • Prepare meals and assist with meal-time
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • Compassion and listening skills
  • Passion for making a difference in your community
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
