Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Troy Fraser. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
