Job Title: Concrete Block Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Block Machine Operator to join our team at Agremat BBL Limitée. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic machines that mix ingredients, extrude tempered clay mixture, and cut extruded clay into sections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate automatic machines to produce high-quality concrete blocks
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production
  • Check products for quality control and make necessary adjustments
  • Move products using forklift, crane, or hydraulic hoist
  • Perform ongoing machine adjustments and maintenance
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
