Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Block Machine Operator to join our team at Agremat BBL Limitée. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic machines that mix ingredients, extrude tempered clay mixture, and cut extruded clay into sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate automatic machines to produce high-quality concrete blocks
  • Adjust and operate single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications
  • Conduct quality control checks on products
  • Move products using forklift, crane, or hydraulic hoist
  • Perform ongoing machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Fulfill moulds with concrete
Requirements
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Overtime required
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
