Job Title: Concrete Block Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Block Machine Operator to join our team at Agremat BBL Limitée. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our automated machines that mix, extrude, and cut concrete blocks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate automatic machines to mix and extrude tempered clay mixture
  • Adjust and operate single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications
  • Check products for quality control
  • Move products using forklift, crane, or hydraulic hoist
  • Perform ongoing machine adjustments and maintenance
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
