Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
