Parts Inventory Specialist

As a Parts Inventory Specialist at Mammoet, you will facilitate the operations of the parts room and toolcrib, ensuring the smooth maintenance of our unique equipment and tools. Your key responsibilities will include issuing parts and supplies to personnel, performing goods receipt and shipping duties, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will assist employees in identifying parts and materials, and ensure accuracy in inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue parts and supplies to personnel upon request
- Perform goods receipt of incoming shipments and shipping duties
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct inventory counts
- Assist employees in identifying parts and materials
- Ensure accuracy in inventory control
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid class G driver's license, and basic to intermediate computer skills. Previous experience in a parts room environment and knowledge of parts manuals are highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
