ROLE SUMMARY

As a key member of our Equipment Maintenance Team at Mammoet, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts room and tool crib. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the receipt, storage, and issuance of parts and tools to our employees. This will involve performing goods receipt of incoming shipments, shipping duties, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. You will also be responsible for driving to vendors to pick up parts and ensuring the parts room is clean and organized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the operations of the parts room by issuing parts/supplies to personnel upon request, performing goods receipt of incoming shipments, and shipping duties.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock parts room as required, and conduct inventory counts.
Facilitate the operation of the tool crib by issuing tools as required, identifying broken tools, and sending them for repairs.
Assist Mammoet employees to identify parts and materials, and ensure accuracy of inventory and control stock levels.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid class G driver's license.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
1-2 years parts room experience.
Experience with parts manuals and identifying components and parts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
TDG is an asset.
