We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at Recruitment Room. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading our accounting team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Financial Planning and Execution: Plan and execute financial projects, including risk management and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Canadian CPA Designation: Must hold a Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
  • Financial Expertise: Have a strong understanding of financial laws and regulations, including tax laws.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, CaseWare, Profile, TaxCycle, Jazzit, and Microsoft Office.
