Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at INDER SANDHU ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including preparing paycheques and reconciling payroll accounts.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical counts as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Accounting Bookkeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
