About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest customers, providing technical guidance and support to help them succeed with MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive customer success and adoption of MongoDB solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on MongoDB products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
