The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, establishing and maintaining project reporting procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date logs. This role also involves assisting in managing trade contractor site meetings, RFIs, invoices, and control document processes.

  • This role is responsible for managing all project administration activities, including payroll, timekeeping, labour coding, equipment coding, purchase-order coding, and safety reporting.
Requirements

To succeed as a Project Coordinator at Chandos Construction, you will need:

  • A technical diploma in a construction-related field (CET) or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu.
  • A solid understanding of construction trades, safety, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances, and legislation.
