Client Account Specialist

We are now seeking a Client Account Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in our continued success.
Our Client Account Specialists are instrumental in fostering client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from client acquisition to account management and service upgrades.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to maximize efficiency and enhance engagement.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and concerns professionally—both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting results to senior management and contributing to strategic goal setting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven with a passion for success.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a daily commute to our office.
