Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Sales Associate to join our team at our Agro location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising products, including feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants
  • Operate a forklift and skid steer as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed post-secondary education in agriculture or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of production agriculture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
