Job Title: Clerk - Agro Prince Albert

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clerk at our Agro location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the agriculture industry. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing Legendary Service through various touch points and communication channels, including over the counter sales of feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Legendary Service through various touch points and communication channels
  • Over the counter sales of feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants
  • Telephone answering and traffic direction with referral to appropriate members of the sales team
  • Assist with the receiving, operation till systems, conducting inventory counts and merchandising of all related products
  • Communicate effectively with store leadership, file maintenance and yard clerks
  • Operation of forklift and skid steer
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry including livestock feeds, grain handling and storage, equipment
  • Passion for retail sales and all aspects of the agricultural industry
  • Well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
  • Honest and trustworthy, results oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, manual labor is required
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's license
