Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Agro team as a Part Time Student Sales Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for guests
  • Engage with customers, answer phone calls, and assist with sales and inventory management
  • Operate a forklift and skid steer, and assist with receiving and merchandising products
  • Communicate effectively with store leadership and team members
  • Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility, and Respect

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in the field of agriculture
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of production agriculture
  • Well-organized, capable of attaining high levels of production with minimal supervision
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what they do
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, manual labor required
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
