Restaurant Operations Manager
At AB Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and be able to implement operational procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week
- Language of work: English
