Job Title: Lead Hand

About the Role:

The Lead Hand plays a crucial role in supporting the ACM department Supervisor by facilitating communication, managing work assignments, and ensuring quality inspections are conducted efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model and encourage Core Values in all that you do
  • Train team members on equipment and processes ensuring safety requirements are met
  • Provide technical and process support to ensure the quality of the product is attained and meets client expectations
  • Assist and/or arrange and schedule daily/weekly activity for the team members according to the production schedule ensuring delivery targets are met

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment
  • Must be able to read and write English, must have good math skills
  • Ability to demonstrate effective listening and verbal skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Good work ethic
  • Team-oriented with an ability to work with others in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in ACM panel building, or similar preferred
  • Demonstrated Leadership capabilities

Work Environment:

Monday to Friday 6.45 am to 4.00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43.75 per week
