- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients with special needs, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and production levels of our laundry services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Supervise the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Procure and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal levels and ensure efficient operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff, helping them to improve their skills and productivity.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Wash and dry-clean industrial and household articles to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
