Asphalt Paver Job Description

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for handling and distributing construction materials to and from work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment and machinery in asphalt paving, with a minimum of 2 years of industrial or civil construction experience.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient distribution of construction materials.
  • Work on various schedules, including evenings and weekends, as project demands.
  • Hourly rate is dependent on experience, with health benefits and vacation pay offered.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating equipment or similar machinery in asphalt paving is preferred.
  • Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and industry best practices is essential.
  • A valid driver's license (class 5) is required, along with a reliable means of transportation.
  • Proficient English language skills are necessary, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work overtime, when necessary, and adapt to changing project requirements.
