This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and kitchen efficiency. Key responsibilities include:




  • Developing and implementing effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensuring the accurate requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Co-ordinating and supervising the activities of kitchen staff, including training and development programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management.
  • Developing and managing budgets and cost estimates.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Managing customer complaints and concerns.
