Oversee a World-Class Spa Experience

As a Luxury Spa Director, you will lead by example and be a pro-active member of the Senior Management Team and Ancient Cedars Spa Leadership Team.

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards.
  • Create a positive atmosphere for learning and development for the Ancient Cedars Spa team members.
  • Administer Human Resources related tasks within the department, including scheduling, submitting payroll, interviewing, hiring, performance management, reviews, for members of the Spa Leadership team, coordinators, practitioners, yoga instructors, and attendants.
  • Manage the overall cleanliness and physical condition of Ancient Cedars Spa, including working space, storage space, and equipment.
  • Foster a culture of sustainability and excellence in guest service throughout the spa.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, team members, and external partners.

You will have:

  • Exemplary leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations.
  • Minimum 4 years' management experience in a high-end, full-service luxury facility is necessary.
  • Superior Human Resources, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a stressful environment, and creative problem-solving skills are required.
  • A strong passion for delivering world-class spa experiences and creating a lasting legacy for our families and communities.
  • The desire to work in a supportive environment that values and respects diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview.

Estimated Salary: $64,000 - $67,000 annually.
