Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of telecommunications professionals to ensure efficient and reliable telephony systems, network connectivity, and mobility solutions.
- Develop and implement plans to enhance our telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony systems, including PBX, VoIP, and unified communications platforms.
- Manage telecommunications contracts, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal financial and human resources allocation.
- Establish and manage the telecommunications annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, with 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with unified communications platforms, telephony systems, and network technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Genesys, MS Teams, Ring Central, and similar solutions.
- A competitive salary range of $112,000 - $131,000, with a 35-hour work week.
