About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Sales and Operations to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading a team of sales and operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales and operational skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and operations leadership
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
