About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker Specialist to join our team at Build It Back. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Fabrication: Study plans, specifications, and drawings to create custom cabinet designs that meet our clients' needs.
  • Woodworking Expertise: Operate various woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers, to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and sand wooden surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Team Collaboration: Instruct apprentices and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including inventory management and tool maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
