We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asphalt Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at DeLeon Affordable Roofing. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of asphalt roofing systems on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Crew Members: Lead a team of roofers, shinglers, apprentices, and trades helpers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Certification Management: Verify that all crew members hold necessary certifications, including Roofer Trade Certification and Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate projects, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to crew members, and arrange for additional training opportunities as required.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a proven track record of successful project management.
