Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Billing Homes Ltd. in a permanent, 30-hour per week position.

Work Environment

This role involves working outdoors in a construction setting, which can be noisy, dusty, and at heights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in these conditions and able to ensure the health and safety of themselves and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and disciplinary measures.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
