Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nehal Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to site personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
