Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Westshore Town Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
