Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Westshore Town Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, helping them find the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain a subject matter expert in our products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
