Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Processing: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, and cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Preparation: Wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, and weigh meats for sale.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Butcher shop environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with hand-eye coordination.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized and a team player.
