About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Renovation Project Manager to join our team at Muys Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee the renovation process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of contractors and tradespeople, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure that they meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring that they are sourced from reputable suppliers and meet company standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: On-site work, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Work Setting: Residential renovation, new residential home building, trade work, and various locations.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $0 - $100,000.
  • Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license, own transportation, and own vehicle.
