We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our construction and renovation projects, develop effective marketing strategies, and lead a team of staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Select and coordinate trade subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Inspect and approve subcontractors' work to meet quality and safety standards
  • Design and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to promote our services
  • Manage and control project budgets to ensure financial stability
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to achieve project goals
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Prepare and submit estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project plans and specifications meet their needs
  • Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors to ensure efficient project execution
  • Ensure compliance with construction permits and regulations
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to protect employees and customers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve project objectives
