Job Title: Regional Service Manager - BC South

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team at First Truck Centre. As a Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of service managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence in our regional locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of service managers to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales goals, strategies, and budgets for the region.
  • Manage regional budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the annual Business Plan process, developing stretch targets and coaching managers on how to manage results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the dealership/trucking industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data, make operational decisions, and solve difficult problems.
  • Strong knowledge in business management and operational practices.
  • Elevated business acumen.
  • Experience managing diverse teams, including managers, is highly desired.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field.
  • Certified Journeyperson Technician.
