Key Responsibilities:- Manage service workflow to ensure timely completion of work orders and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align customer experience and improve service delivery.
- Develop and manage the annual service department budget to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Supervise and manage service personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met and minimize work-related injuries and illnesses.
- 5-7 years' progressive experience in service, management, and business, including experience in the Positioning industry or Equipment Industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and branch personnel.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and troubleshoot/resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using work-related desktop applications and web-based productivity applications.
