Janitorial Maintenance Specialist

Job Title: Janitorial Maintenance Technician
About the Role:
The Janitorial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitization of the site common areas to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conform to site and job specific safety standards and requirements
- Empty trash containers and dispose of collected debris in designated locations
- Sweep and mop floors
- Prepare cleaning solutions and clean all surfaces throughout the site
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Touch point sanitization
Requirements:
- Candidate must reside in the Greenstone area
- Valid G Class driver's license with clean abstract and personal vehicle is a strong asset
- Must have reliable transportation to and from site daily for scheduled shifts
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience an asset, but not required
- Dedicated to job safety and quality standards
- Familiar with basic technology use (email, accessing online training, etc.)
