Janitorial Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
The Janitorial Maintenance Technician role at Dexterra Group involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of site common areas to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to site and job-specific safety standards and requirements
- Empty trash containers and dispose of collected debris in designated locations
- Sweep and mop floors
- Prepare cleaning solutions and clean all surfaces throughout the site
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Sanitize touch points
Requirements
- Candidate must reside in the Greenstone area
- Be a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Hold a valid G Class driver's license with a clean abstract and personal vehicle is a strong asset
- Have reliable transportation to and from site daily for scheduled shifts
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required
- Dedicated to job safety and quality standards
- Familiar with basic technology use
