Family Office Financial Analyst – beBee Professionals


beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Family Office Financial Analyst to provide financial and administrative support to our family office in Quebec City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial regulations
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
