Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Sixth Street Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
