Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dawn Food Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Train Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Our fast-paced environment requires a supervisor who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
