We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dawn Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
