Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at CANADIAN TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
  • Supervise other workers and establish office procedures and routines
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare reports and advise senior management on administrative matters
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 36 hours per week
