Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning and inventory management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, reports, and dynamic charts.
  • Functional bilingualism (English and French).
