Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning Coordinator to join our team at Hypertec Cloud Inc. in Ville-Saint-Laurent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Prepare, update, and distribute daily progress reports, enter and update forecast in SAP, and process change requests in SAP.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with production to maximize output/performance while ensuring deadlines are met, plan and coordinate production activities according to current and future demand, and structure production schedules and review with the planning manager.
  • Communication: Ensure follow-up with buyers, technical service, Quality control department, and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products and services, communicate production updates related to schedules, resources, and any potential roadblocks, and assist with creating and maintaining production documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential shortages and proactively address them, close out work orders, and update production databases.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning in a computer hardware environment.
  • Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office, experience in the assembly of servers and workstations, and great understanding of operations.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to manage projects with autonomy and rigor, good synthetic and analytic mind, autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving, flexibility, adaptability, and judgment, and good team spirit.
