We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at MEHTAB EAST INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the standards of our restaurant.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food safety, and sanitation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
