Job Description

  • Design and develop databases to meet the needs of various applications.
  • Implement measures to ensure unauthorized users cannot access sensitive data.
  • Liaise with staff to collect and provide data requirements, ensuring timely availability.
  • Setup IT infrastructure to enable applications to access databases securely.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for network access, usage, backup, and recovery of data.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators to develop and implement data policies, standards, and models.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data administration, database development, and IT infrastructure setup.
  • Proficiency in database software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to sit for extended periods and have strong physical capabilities.



Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
